Lapwing Housing Co-op bought its first home on 5 November 2024. There are several ways you can get involved or support us at this stage.

Live with us

Lapwing Housing Co-op seeks one more tenant/member to join Lapwing and live with us from February 2026. Lapwing is also open to building up a waiting list of people that would like to live with us in the future should another room become available.

Invest in us

 

Lapwing Housing Co-op is a community-led project designed to bring new affordable housing to the Lancaster District. To support this work, from time to time Lapwing Housing Co-op will issue Loan Stock (a form of solidarity investment), and also welcomes donations.
